A space for women
ready to reclaim themselves

I specialise in working with women who have experienced complex and difficult relationships, trauma and emotional pain. Whether that's a history of narcissistic abuse, co-dependency, loss of identity or a troubled past — I help women understand their story, rebuild their confidence and find their way forward.

If you've spent a long time putting others first, feeling like you're not quite enough, or carrying pain you haven't been able to name — this is a space for you.

I also hold a genuine passion for supporting men who are ready to take that first step into therapy. Breaking down the barriers around men's mental health matters deeply to me, and I offer the same warm, non-judgemental space to every client I work with.

From boardrooms
to therapy rooms

After years working in a high-pressured sales environment — travelling extensively across Europe — I reached a turning point. I knew I wanted something more meaningful and fulfilling. I wanted to help people, and always imagined being truly embedded within my community.

And so my counselling training began. Since qualifying in 2021, I have been successfully running my private practice and went on to found The Essex Therapy Hub — because I believe that cost should never be a barrier to getting support. Too many people put off seeking help assuming therapy is out of reach. I wanted to change that — building a team of dedicated, compassionate counsellors who share that same belief, and creating a tiered service so that whoever you are and whatever your budget, there is a door open for you.

Having navigated high-pressure environments myself, I understand what it feels like to reach a moment where something has to change. That lived understanding shapes everything about how I work with my clients.

Therapeutic
methods

I work with a variety of therapeutic methods that are relational and tailored to you as an individual. For women working through relationship trauma and complex emotional experiences, I find a blend of these approaches particularly powerful.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Exploring how past experiences and relationship patterns may be shaping your present — especially powerful for understanding cycles in relationships and reclaiming your sense of self.

Humanistic Therapy

Centred on your personal growth, your worth, and the belief that you have the capacity to find your own answers in a supportive, non-judgemental space.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)

A practical approach that helps identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns — particularly useful for anxiety, panic and low self-esteem.

You don't have to keep
carrying this alone

I work with women — and men — across a wide range of presentations. Whatever you are facing, I work collaboratively with you to understand your experience and help you move forward at a pace that feels right.

Breaking down
barriers

I have a genuine commitment to supporting men who are ready to take that first step into therapy. Too often, men feel they should manage alone — I want to change that.

In our sessions you will find the same warm, empathic, completely non-judgemental space. There is no expectation about how you should feel or what you should say. We go at your pace, always.

"You might have thought about this step for a while. I hope you will be able to believe that you are worth that step — and then trust the process."

— Stacey Miles

"Whatever is troubling you or causing you emotional distress — there is a way through it. You are worth that step."
