After years in a high-pressured sales environment travelling across Europe, Stacey made a life-changing decision — to pursue something more meaningful. Since qualifying in 2021 she has built a thriving private practice and founded The Essex Therapy Hub, driven by the belief that cost should never be a barrier to getting support.
Stacey specialises in working with women navigating complex relationships, trauma, narcissistic abuse and recovery — and holds a genuine commitment to encouraging men to seek support too.
